This book club is a group of women who are 50 to 70+ years old  (married & single), looking to make new friends in the Northwest Broward area. We get together on the 3rd Thursday of each month in EACH OTHERS HOMES -  to read, discuss  a variety of books and enjoy our new-found friendships. We ask that our members live in the Northwest Broward area; south of Hillsboro Blvd, west of 441 and north of Sunrise Blvd.  We are not accepting any new members at this time.

I am a retired school teacher, and I am tired of waiting around for my married friends to be available to go out. This group is for people in their mid 50's to early 70's to get together one day a week and go out to lunch, casinos, shows/movies, and other south florida venues that are suitable for those who are not physically active.
